Fishing and being around water are dangerous activities. Please be careful. The Guide’s Forecast is not responsible for anything that might occur.
Fishing regulations change regularly and while The Guide’s Forecast attempts to be up to date on the current regs and only shares information that we believe to be accurate, you should check regulations often and before you go out to fish every time. The Guide’s Forecast is not responsible for any action you might take that is against the law or current fishing regulations.
The Guide’s Forecast has comment areas on the website. If you leave a comment, you will be polite. If we don’t think you are polite, we’ll remove the comment and likely your access from the site.
If you are not happy with any material you have purchased, just let us know, and we will refund your money. We won’t ask questions or make it difficult. Really, just ask. We will ask why to get better but you don’t have to respond; we’ll still refund your money.
If, for some reason, you don’t feel like asking us for a refund and you dispute the claim with your bank, we won’t fight it. We will delete your account and delete your email from our distribution list immediately. If you want to sign up again for some reason, go ahead, we’re not watching for you.
While we’ve been running for over twenty-five years, we’re a small business; if something occurs and we cannot continue, we’ll prorate refunds for anyone who has an open membership account.
If you don’t like our emails, just unsubscribe. If you have problems unsubscribing, let us know; we can do it for you.
We don’t spam anyone, ever. We don’t sell, give away, share, or trade any of your information, ever. Our privacy policy is right here.
